My Favourite Plants

My favorite time in the garden is May and June. All the colours are so zingy and vivid and the first warm days make you forget how wet and cold it has been. I love purple flowers at this time of year, whether they are Iris, Lilac, Alliums, Wisteria or Aubretia. In this bed, the alliums haven't opened yet, but they soon will and there is a deep pink peony there too which is gorgeous.
